As the temperature and air velocity
were increased, drying time significantly reduced (Fig. 3).
Working at 140 ?C and 4.5 m/s instead of 80 ?C and 1.8 m/s,
decreases the drying time by 86.8%. Drying time of soybean
kernels under fluidized-bed drying in this present study was
low when compared with hot-air or fluidized-bed drying, reported by previous studies: 80–450 min
