• Damage to outer boxes (crushed corners, broken open, etc).
• Type of packaging used (Styrofoam, bubble wrap).
• Number of damaged items, weight of damaged items, and value of damaged items
And please provide Damage pictures for investigation as below details:
1.) External packaging of Damage Shipment.
2.) Internal packaging of Damage Shipment.
3.) The Damage Content.
