Job Responsibilities:
Preparation and analysis of historical seasonal KPI’s: Gross sales, MD%, net sales, margin, margin %, inventory levels, weeks cover, seasonal sell through
Developing growth plans at store level
Calculating optimum stock levels and the resulting OTB
Presenting data to Senior Management
Reviewing performance and revising intake throughout the season as required
Reviewing and revising monthly forecasts of sales, inventory and intake
Identifying and highlighting potential opportunities or threats and proposing action
Minimizing the accumulation of aged inventory through the implementation of clearance activity throughout the season
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal brand teams and external brand principals
Conducting training sessions as required
Providing ongoing support and guidance in all planning decisions
Reviewing systems and processes and contributing to their development and improvement
Producing ad hoc reports as required
Maintaining well organized administration and working environment
Qualifications:
Thai National
A strong command of both spoken and written English
Confident communicator
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
A minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role within a recognized retail fashion business
Experience of working with international brand principles
A solid understanding of key Merchandise Planning concepts:
Budget planning
MSSI management
Forecasting
Open To Buy
Range planning
Markdown planning
Stock cover
Aged inventory management
