Electrical equipment were designed and developed as a prototype for monitoring and control of water quality. Amount of dissolved oxygen and pH which this prototype able to monitor. The prototype consisted of dissolved oxygen sensor and pH sensor. Amount of dissolved oxygen and pH value were converted to be an electrical signal prior to they were transmitted to microcontroller PIC30F4011. The microcontroller processed by comparing the electrical signal with the set point of dissolved oxygen and pH values then signaled to the output relay to order the aerator for running or stop running. Therefore, this prototype display automatically increased oxygen in the pond and reduced unnecessary energy losses. In case of pH value, it was set to display the measurement by the signal lamps (lamp showed red light when pH value below 6.00, showed yellow light when pH value over 8 and showed green light when pH value between 6-8).
