The initial probing system is composed of a micro-probe and a micro capacitive sensor. Micro probe is attached to the center of floating plate by using epoxy under a microscope. If the micro probe is not attached precisely to the center of floating plate, the structure will be dissymmetrical, alignment error will result in output nonlinearity, and a customized fixture is designed and manufactured with high precision to improve precision.
