I had a quick look at the goals you submitted in Talent Connection. Below are my comments:
- Goals needs to be specific and relevant to your scope of work and measurable for performance review.
- Ensure a weight of 100% for all your goals
- LEO/ Leakage is audited/calculated by GQA. Given that TeamThink is not yet rolled out in Asia, we should not put it in our goals until it is rolled out
