The Company agrees to inform the Hospital of the Customer’ names and provides the passport information at least five days in advance, if the Customer wished to postpone the appointment date for the Service, the Company shall notify the Hospital at least three days in advance in writing. If the Company fails to do so, the Company shall pay a penalty to the Hospital at the rate of 20 % of the Service fees. In this respect, the Company agrees that the Hospital shall have the right, upon notifying the Company in writing, to deduct such penalty from the Deposit (in clause 3).
