The results of the MCA indicated that the concordance ratio for each expert's diagnosis did not exceed 10 percent, signifying a high level of consistency in the experts' ratings. Nine criteria have been identified for monitoring and evaluating forest resource management by communities. These validated criteria are employed to construct a community-based forest resource management assessment model, utilizing Scoring Rubrics as textual documentation to list and explicate various levels. The community actively participates in self-assessment, engaging collaboratively, and subsequently synthesizing the findings into a group consensus.
