Production begins with selection of the wheat flour that is suitable for making good quality noodles. From then the flour is kneaded and flattened into sheets, cut into noodles, steamed, and dosed with soup to make them aromatic.
Noodles is cut and folded into blocks and transferred to frying basket. Noodles is deep-fried with refined palm oil at 150-160 °C for 2 minutes.
