Introduction
U.A.E. (alemarat العربيّة المتّحدة) is one of the countries in the Middle East. Located in the southeast of the Arabian peninsula. In Southwest Asia, along the Persian Gulf comprises the State Prince (emirates) 7 States: Abu Dhabi, Ajman. Dubai Fujairah Sharjah and Ras al Khaimah, um Al-shot fine wines. It is also a very famous traditional dish of UAE. Important ingredients are rice, meat, onion and dried lemon (Loomy). Other seasoning includes spices and salt. In order to cook this dish all the ingredients are coke well in boiling water till they become tender. Then meat is separated and rice is added in remaining mixture and this mixture cooked well. After that meat is again added in this mixture of rice and vegetables and cooked again for two hours. This dish is one of the favorites across gulf area.

• Hummus








It is not actually a dish, rather it is a famous dip made from chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini paste, salt and garlic. It is served with other dishes like Shawarma and pita bread. It is also a perfect appetizer. It is very unique in taste.

Huge crowds flock to the most-populated city in the UAE for Abu Dhabi’s International Jazz Festival. This beloved May event lures thousands of music lovers, where amazing performances are given by some of the world’s leading jazz artists. The festival began as a two-day event, but now spans more than a week.

At the end of Ramadan, the cities of the UAE celebrate with parties and feasts. Both visitors and locals can share in the spoils as Dubai and Abu Dhabi throw social events for several days to mark the end of the Islamic fasting period in September.

Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum House is a historic building and former residential quarters of Saeed bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, former ruler of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
The building is located along the Dubai Creek in the locality of Al Shindagha. It was established around 1894 as the seat of the Al Maktoum family. The building is now a museum that contains artefacts and images of the old town of Dubai.[1]

There's a beach for everyone in the United Arab Emirates, from the city beaches surrounding Dubai and Abu Dhabi to the enclave of luxury sweeps of sand around Ajman and the wilder beaches of the Emirate of Fujairah.
