The damage to sweet tamarind packed in corrugated paper boxes is 29.5% with Srichompoo and 22.0% with Sitong. With regard to retail packaging, the maximum total damage rate was 57.3% and the minimum total damage was 33.9%. The cultivar, mixing ratio and foam ball size significantly affected packaged sweet tamarind damage at p < 0.05.
