1.Plan production through assign production lines to meet ex-factory dates as required by customer.
2.Update ERP. production and planning modules in accordance with new production plan for above lines.
3.Check with Purchasing Department as to material availability and substitute materials where necessary, if possible.
4.Finding suitable substitute materials where require.
5.Re-check material availability ten days (10) before production is due to start for all Manufacturing Orders (MO).
6.Confirm production finish date with Order Entry.
7.Check plan against Actual production status. If production status is not in accordance with plan, call a meeting to find appropriate solution.
8.Issue Manufacturing Order (MO) to QI / Production in accordance to KPI lead time.
9.Issue Production Plan to Production every Saturday.
