- Put the rice and 4 cups of water in the pot and cook it on high for at least 20 minutes
- While the rice is cooked, you can boil another pot of water, just enough to cover the shrimps, let it bubble, add shrimps and turn off the stove right away. Let the shrimps cook in the hot water. This way you don’t overcook them.
