Young leaves of C. aurantiflora (Fig. 1) were
collected from natural habitats, then washed with running
tap water, rinsed with 70% (v/v) ethyl alcohol for 30
seconds, sterilized with 0.9% sodium hypochlorite
containing 2 drops of Tween 20 for 15 seconds, followed
by three washes with sterilized distilled water.
