W Experience Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Welcome Desk and is responsible for driving the pursuit to consistently deliver our “Whatever/Whenever” service commitment by proactively and strategically looking for the opportunity to WOW our guests. This role is also responsible to assist the Welcome Experience Manager and W Insider to engineer personalized/memorable experiences for our guests via available resources including but not limited to PMS and StarGuest. 
The role also requires talent to drive the GEI score as well as Trip Advisor ranking, promote the desired W culture around the Core Values and Human Truths and makes sure all Welcome Team talent understand & perform well in delivering the W Brand Standards.
