To ensure our Committed to Quality program is a success, we have identified 5 key Group actions:
1. Our ambition
We have set very ambitious mid to long-term targets.
2. Our targets
For the first time ever, we have Quality targets across the Group.
3. People
We have established a Global Quality function that is mirrored in each Sector.
4. Processes
We have created the first-ever Quality Book, which outlines how we work with Quality. And we have also created an online Quality Management System tool, to track our progress globally.
5. Communication
We are taking a harmonized approach in how we engage with employees and communicate our new Committed to Quality program. Today, for example, we’re launching new campaign materials, which you’ll see shortly.
