The primary responsibilities of the incumbant are to handle customer enquiries, identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate banking services. He/she will generally serve bank customers at the counter, manage and coordinate the branch activities and deliver impressive customer services. The right candidate will provide cash transaction services including personal and business deposit, withdrawal, bill payment, ATM deposit justification and foreign exchanges. He/she is expected to also give professional advices and services to customers who are interested in financial products.
Qualifications:
Thai national age between 23 - 35
Able to communicate in English and/or Chinese (Mandarin)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Administration / Marketing, Economics or other related field
At least one year experience in service industry (Hotel / Banking / Telecom Outlet)
Knowledge in banking products preferred
700 + TOEIC Score Preferred
