We invite you to come to our warehouse to check the problem. You will find out that our warehouse is dry, cool and absolutely not humid.
If the problem is real and caused by Siampetplus, you will pay the damage.
If the problem is not real, Papillon will withdraw the claim.
But once you decide to come, you will have to choose from one of these suggestions.
But you know that the goods you sent were not dry and that this is the reason why they got mouldy after 1 year. We have goods from your factory produced before, which are okay and not mouldy. How is that possible ?
More and more clients are complaining right now and you cannot image the impact of the problem, we should claim an amount which is even much higher than the mouldy goods you supplied. We had to re-send several clients new bones, not even talking about the clients we have meanwhile lost due to the problem !!
We would appreciate you to take your responsability and in case you cannot pay the claim, suggest us something reasonable with which we can live.
