Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Assists in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as employee welfare & benefit and all employee activities.
Participates in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies for the establishment.
Assists Department Heads and make recommendations regarding Human Resource issues including staffing levels.
Collates employee turnover and sick leave statistics.
Ensures compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.
Manages the recruitment systems within the hotel, paying particular attention to advertising, screening, work permits, reference checks and administration of all new hires.
Develops and administer Hotel Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
Manages effective workplace injury management, ensuring rapid return to work programs are in place for all employees.
Assists and develop Department Heads so that they may improve their own Human Resources Management practices within their area.
Liaises with Department Heads on the development of up to date Job Descriptions.
Implements and maintains Human Resources Department training systems.
Assists with the operation of the Payroll Office ensuring excellent service to employees and appropriate control and management mechanisms are in place and being utilized appropriately.
Training
Ensures that all new employees attend the Hotel Orientation program
Conducts training needs analysis of the hotel and departments.
Qualifications:
Thai National Only
Hotel background is a must
Currently holding the position of Human Resources Manager is preferable
Minimum of 3-5 years hotel / resort experience in the same position.
Must have demonstrated proficiency with applicable laws/regulations and management theories, including policy/procedure development
Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record
Excellent communication, Training, Representations and computer skills
Enthusiastic and proactive person with analytical skills
Strong organization skills in the areas of operation, budget and project administration
High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment
Good command of written and spoken English
Creative, self-motivated and able to work as a team
Strong in building relationships at all levels
