Collecting data and gathering routine reports and documents for CS team, Management, Finance and External partners as required.
Checking and ensure shipments of parts, marketing materials, etc as necessary.
Facilitating the collected competitive information to monitor business opportunities and trends.
Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and routine reports to appropriate personnel as required.
Maintaining database of customer information (contacts, contracts, ROs)
Coordinating and assisting CS team for customer activities and customer visits to Triumph.
Acts as back-up for sales/customer service personnel when required.
Acts as back-up for executive secretary when required.
Any other job duties as assigned by the Employer.
