just for your attention: my ideas for the
Restaurant area, to think about.
Maybe this has an influence on the cost
regarding street and infrastructure.
Still we have 100 townhouses, but more space
behind, which can be used by the restaurant.
Then there is a direct access to this area.
Then there is a nice and compact business area,
from both sides, with parking in the middle.
For Fastfood is still 250 m² (round!) area, with
3 m from the road and separate way-out.
