According to the overall analysis, the quantitative results showed that the participants
in this study revealed considerable of the pronunciation problems on letter /p/ and /b/ sound
accordance with the theory of Atika Ismael & Dana Mahadin (2012), who examined the
English Consonant Pronunciation a Case study of First Year Students at Al-BalQa’ Applied
University. The results showed that the students had a difficulty with some consonant sounds
/b/ was mispronounced as /p/.
