Since the opening in December 2001, Hyatt Regency Hua Hin has committed to deliver quality products and services in order to strive to be your preferred resort - in both Hua Hin and Thailand.
We would like to inform that the resort will be undertaking an upgrading project in one of the 6 swimming pools i.e. River Pool including the adjacent outdoor Jacuzzi as well as our kids’ club Camp Hyatt. This project will commence from 1 September until 30 September 2015.
The River Pool upgrading project will include replacement of the pool tiles with better quality of tiles, proper resurfacing of the tiles as well as refreshing the surrounding garden areas. Due to massive expired pool tiles that we experienced of late, hence this work will need to be done sooner to ensure the safety of our guests.
The Camp Hyatt upgrading project will include the extension of the current Camp Hyatt project which will see the current space be doubled as to accommodate the greater interest of our young guests.
We expect there will be audible disturbance in certain part of the resort adjacent to this project but nevertheless our project management company will ensure that the work is conducted and controlled in the most quiet and efficient manner possible, minimising any disruption to our guests. Working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
Upon completion of these upgrading projects, guests will enjoy an enhanced recreation experience, featuring the refurbished swimming pool and a larger Camp Hyatt area with greater activities for children to enjoy such as additional air-conditioned space for the parents and toddlers to play while in the adjoining room, the older children may join the various handicraft activities as well as PlayStation or simply reading the books.
During this period, other leisure and recreational facilities such as Lagoon Pool with the popular ‘dragon’ water slide as well as children’s sandy pool will remain open, and will not be affected by this project. Therefore, you can still enjoy the good fun, relaxation and Thai hospitality during your stay.
We apologise for any inconvenience these projects may cause, and greatly appreciate your understanding of this important project as means to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of our guests.
