In regards to Cook iPhones and iPads, please ensure you are running Mobile Iron on your ‘iDevice’ and have configured the APP based on the user guide, listed below.

Staff who are responsible for ordering/issuing iDevices in their country should ensure users are aware of this requirement before handing them the iDevice.
Note: Mobile Iron is used to deliver Cook applications directly to the iPhone and iPad as well as pre-configure Cook Email.
