I understand that you’d like your store credit cleared so that you can change the country associated with your iTunes account. It must be very exciting to move internationally, and I am very happy to be a part of the experience with you. I’d be happy to provide you with my full support for investigating a solution that will resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
Chotiros, per your request, I've removed the remaining funds from the iTunes Store account ,pk.pooh@hotmail.com. Please note that the funds that were removed won’t be refunded to you once you’ve switched countries.
Before you change countries, note the following:
• The store credit from your original country won’t be available in your iTunes account in the new country.
• Your iTunes purchases may not be available in the new country's store. Before you change countries, download all of your purchases. For steps on how to do this, see one of these articles:
- Mac: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12283
- Windows: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12491
• You’ll need a credit or debit card associated with a valid billing address for the new country. An iTunes Store Gift Card from the new country will also work as a payment method.
• Items that you’ve already bought won’t show up under Purchased when you’ve changed countries. You’ll be able to download your purchased apps in the new country's store as long as their store also has the apps available.
• After you’ve change your country and we’ve cashed out your iTunes Store balance, we can’t issue refunds for purchases made in your previous country.
If you’ve set up Family Sharing, you’ll need to remove all family members from your family in order to change your account’s country.
