Ensures the planning and implementation of the Division’s year plan and audit schedules meets targets
Writes and implements communication plans to build support and enhance the organization’s quality culture as well as to ensure cohesive and cooperative working practices across the organization
Provides regular updates and reports on policy and quality assurance matters to Corporate Quality Assurance Manager
Identifies training and development needs within an organization as well as designs and expands training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs
Works in a team to develop training programs and to produce training materials for in-house courses
Manages the delivery of training programs, including exams, and devising a training strategy for the organization
Monitors and evaluates training and development programs to ensures that training requirements and objectives are met
Ensures quality audits conducted by external entities (e.g. IOSA, code share partners and wet lease lessors) are planned, coordinated and carried out efficiently
