Identifying the key spaces maintaining water security is to start from the entire watershed, leaving the spaces of wetlands, and river buffers, which can meet the natural vent of flood. Therefore, four indexes have been selected to evaluate the importance of this type of space: the distance to a river or lake, the type of flood storage areas, the type of water

The index of the type of flood conditioning storage areas can be obtained from the digitized zoning maps of land use, wetlands, and
