To act as the trainer on proficient practices related to HSE within business’s employees and contractors business’s HSE policy and standards.
• To closely monitor HSE performance indicators
• To perform necessary analysis to ensure compliance for various incidents/accidents review, Audits, meetings, etc.
• To develop and establish good relationship with related authorities and local administration and close neighborhood associations
Job responsibility:
• lead and handle various HSE related issues
• issue together with the plant manager an annual HSE plan and do the follow up.
• Act as proficient HSE representative following all the regulatory and performance indicators
• Act as company’s secretary of the HSE Committee
• Appropriately assist Plant manager and Managing Director in significant and case sensitive issues
