What requirements does the BRC standard contain?
The scheme contains requirements for the storage, distribution, wholesale and outsourcing of services in relation to both packaged and loose food products, packaging and so-called "consumer products".
What other certification standards can be combined with this standard?
The scheme can be used in combination and in addition to generic standards such as ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 22001 (food safety). In addition, the standard is also used in combination with industry-specific standards such as HACCP and IFS.
