The number of MN per 2000 binucleat

The number of MN per 2000 binucleated cells per treatment was determined in CHO-K1 cells treated at various concentrations of KalmColdTM with and without metabolic activation for 4 h and 24 h.
Percent micronucleated binucleated cells and CBPI is presented in Table 6. KalmColdTM had no significant effect on the number of micronuclei induced at all the concentrations tested in the study when compared to the negative control.
Both the positive clastogens, EMS and B[a]P, significantly enhanced the number of micronuclei (Fig. 4).
