Ltd.). 10 ml or 10 g sample was gentamicin (10μg), methicillin (5μg), oxy-tetracycline homogenized with 90 ml sterile enrichment broth (30μg), oxacillin (1μg), penicillin-G (10units), peptone water and enriched for 24 hrs at 37 °C.
