The purpose of this paper is to study and design a Non-Thermal Dielectric Barrier Discharge Generator generated by a DC power supply, by designing two different features of the electrodes. One is a planar electrode plasma, and the other is a plasma jet. The design is to compare the two kinds of plasma, to study and analyze the relationship between the types of discharge, voltage signal and discharge current signal. This is done by modifying the value of the gap, voltage, and gas flow rate. From the study, the discharge current signal is dependent on the gap and the voltage of the power supply. With a stable voltage supply, the size and intensity of plasma often increased on gas flow rate.
