I wanted to touch base with you regarding future trade and road shows in general and let you know some ideas I have had for the regional sales offices and how we can support you.
Up till now it is my understanding that we when we (CHR) attend a road show or trade show we would just work with the relevant RSO in that area. Now to me this is an opportunity for others to benefit from and I am looking to implement the following with regards to MICE led events-
• Advise on trade/road show attendance from CHR
• Advise on stand location and number if applicable
• Forward promotional material for RSO such as promos, attachments and hand outs
• Forward you any relevant information such as industry presentations created by TCEB
For IMEX Frankfurt taking place between Tuesday 19th until Thursday 21st May Sonja Oestreicher will be representing the CHR brand alongside Ferry Tjahjono the DOS for CGCW and Marco Metge the GM for CGLB. We have created a promotion that will be running across our grand properties to try and entice more group MICE bookings to our hotels.
I have attached a copy of PDF which you can send to your clients as an attachment and for those of you that will be attending IMEX I have also attached an A4 copy of the promo which you can print out and hand out if that is more effective.
