Follow the steps to enable your Phone Book.
1) Enter the title of your Phone Book:
ABC, Inc. Contact List
2) 9 columns may be used in your Phone Book. In the table on the right, you may see sample column headers. Headers
You may edit the table. If necessary, also modify the column widths of these columns in the "PhoneBook" sheet. Last Name
3) "PhoneBook" sheet may contain contact information up to 200 people. The sheet contains sample data. You need to clear the sample data First Name
before adding your own. Address
In order to clear the data easily, you may select "DB_List" from the names list and push "Delete" button. Department
Or simply, you may select the range $D$24:$L$223 and delete the contents. Work Number
Now, you can enter your own data. Cell Number
4) You can use "Search" panel to find the person that you want. You can use any one or more of the columns for search. Home Number
5 results will be displayed at a time. If there are more results, use cell E11 to display following pages of results. E-mail Address

You will only need the username and password to create your Phone Book.
6) Visit the site below:
https://www4.spreadsheetweb.com/SpreadsheetWEB//
Login to page with your new account information.
7) Click "Add Web Application" to upload this file. Your Phone Book will be created automatically.
You can simply use the Phone Book from that link or place it on your website.
