Refer to our conversation over the phone regarding the Vietnamese Local Contract (short version in VN&EN languages) " does not " contain all provision in the full version in English language (e.g. There is non-competition clause in the short version ). You mentioned that the short version will be the official version and the full version of Bi-lingual Contract will only be for internal use.
My concern is that if the short version is the official version and therefore will be used in court in case of dispute, we can not enforce the obligations of the employee which are not stated in the short version in English/VN.
Could you please advise which version of the contract can be used for the court in case of any disputation or argument
