Microbiological analysis of cookies
Total Plate Count (TPC) of cookies was
determined by the methods described by IS:5402
(2012). TPC was determined by pour plate method
and spread plate method (Amin & Thakur, 2014).
Yeast and mold count were determined by following
the methods of IS:5403 (1999). Coliform of the
samples were determined by following the methods
of IS:5401 Part I (2012).
