With reference to the event below. We better to finish the 1st announcement before sending the second one out to member again to avoid member confusion. Our deadline offer to member is 22 Dec 14 which we have to take some time to send them confirmation letter with full itinerary for the selected 20 members according we have more than 20 members requested to join the trip.
Also, we do need to set up meeting for the same understanding as I am so sure that member will have many more question when they receive the announcement again and MCC should have the right information to response.
