There Are Risk With Death Penalty's. It seems like the death penalty is the easy way out. About 13,000 people have been legally executed since colonial times in the United States. I believe that the 13,000 people that have committed those crimes that led them to get the death penalty, got the easy way out. It’s better to let them suffer and rotten in prison. Those people should be in jail, facing the time that they deserved.
Also there is a risk of innocent people getting the death penalty. It could be crimes that they didn't commit, but the jury found them guilty. I think they shouldn't get death penalty if the jury doesn't have solid evidence that the person did the crime. They should at least get time in jail, but not the death penalty. When the jury end up finding the real suspect, they cant redo the death penalty,it’ll be already done. Therefore, a innocent man or woman have lost there life for something they didn't do.
