In order to improve our training process and documentation in order to build trust from our clients/principles, the related SOPs and form are now revised. HR would like to summary the “CHANGING POINTS” down below;
1. SOP-HR-XX-XX-004 TRAINING
- The training to “new staff” shall be in accordance with Training Matrix (If any) prepared by immediate supervisor/manager. Moreover, immediate supervisor/manager responsible for training new staff within probation period. HR shall monitor and follow up as according to plan.
- Evaluation methods are exam, attendance or assessed by trainer during classroom training. For courses that don’t have the examination, 100% attendance is required PLUS trainer evaluation and record that the trainees are pass the training.
2. SOP-HR-XX-XX-002 NEW STAFF ORIENTATION
- This procedure applies for all staff working for Zuellig Pharma Limited e.g. permanent, contractual, outsourced staff.
- HR arranges and monitors new staff orientation every month so that new staff shall be complete Orientation training within 30 days after start working.
- In case that trainee absent, HR shall add their name into the very next session and inform immediate supervisors/managers to send their staff to attend the class within 30 days from start date. HR will also inform about the next orientation schedule, giving date, time, and venue.
