The comparison of correlation coefficients showed that the breadth-type hand dimensions have higher correlations with either HC or HB, whereas the length-type and circumference-type hand
dimensions have higher correlations with HL and HC, respectively. The percentages of hand dimensions showing superior correlations with each key dimension candidate for different hand dimension types and genders were analyzed. The correlation comparison identified that all the length-type and circumference-type hand dimensions have superior correlations with HL and HC, respectively, while 45% of the breadth-type hand dimensions for males and 64% for females have superior correlations with HC and the others with HB.
