Thanks for your mail . However, availability of all the required tax related documentation was prerequisite to extend services from Bangkok like other service Centre of AGR . Since , months Mr. Dinesh Gupta is requesting to arrange the visit of your expert to resolve the AGR machines in HNG . After lot of efforts required material is arranged at site but now the
matter is stuck for documents. The issues regarding change of drive / cards should be done at plant level with online support from AGR. We are ready to pay online fee if required .
It is not fair that HNG bear the cost of TRC or wait for 2-3 weeks .
In this situation we have following options -
• We deduct the TRC amount from AGR account and pay balance payment
• AGR provide services from other location where TRC possibility is there
• It is not possible to wait for another 2-3 weeks .
Please review and advise how you can make it at the earliest possible .
