In this section, I will outline the pedagogical aspects oh Che's praxis that can be organised around the central concept of humanism. By humanism, I am referring to Che's preoccupation with fostering social change and social organisation that create the conditions for the full development of the individuality. I will relate his humanism to conditions for social change, the educational aspects of nonmaterial production incentives and volunteer labour, the pedagogical role of personal example, direct and indirect forms of education, and participatory economic and social planning.
