FINDINGS: The study reveals a 8.6x10.9x13.3 cm. multilobulated hypodensity mass occupying at right hepatic lobe, which show increased enhancement on portovenous phase. Adjacent mesenteric fat infiltration is seen. Neither fat nor calcification component is seen. No abnormal ductal dilatation is seen. The differential diagnosis are liver abscess, hepatoma and cholangiocarcinoma, but less likely. Correlation with clinical assessment and serum AFP will be helpful.
Multiple lymphadenopathies at upper aortocaval region are seen, size up to 2.1 cm.
Portal vein, hepatic vein and their branches are unremarkable.
Gallbladder shows collapse distension, without internal gall stone.
Pancreas shows normal size, shape and attenuation.
Spleen shows normal size, shape and attenuation without definite space taking lesion.
Stomach, small bowel and large bowel are unremarkable.
Both kidneys show normal size, shape and attenuation, without stone or hydronephrosis. Tiny cortical renal cyst at both kidneys are seen, size up to 1.8 cm.
Both adrenal glands are unremarkable.
Urinary bladder shows not full distension without definite space taking lesion.
Uterus and bilateral ovaries are unremarkable.
Artherosclerotic change of visualized aorta is noted.
Levoscoliosis of visualized lumbar vertebral bodies is seen. Visualized bony structures show degenerative changed.
Two small pulmonary nodules at lateral basal segment of right lower lung are seen, size 0.6 and 0.7 cm.
