An online Data Center Trailer Add function has been added as part of the online new account process (using ST01 – New Account screens, page 5 for DC Trailer Flag and Type). This simplifies the updating of custom information that the organization has chosen to store on the Data Center Trailer. Editing functionality has also been added that allows the fields to be edited online prior to batch processing. This should reduce the errors that could occur if not edited until batch processing.
Because the Data Center Trailer is added immediately to the Online Account Master, the organization would be able to customize the STID – Data Center Trailer screen and immediately display the custom information. If the organization creates custom Data Center Trailer field maintenance screens, online editing can be invoked (using TSST2E01) when maintaining those fields on a screen such as an ST2U or on the standard ST2E – Generic Field Maintenance screen.
