The research study about the effect of moisture and storage period of crude palm oil to Differentiation of Bleachability Index (DOBI), the period of time 9 week. Experimental design is Completely Randomized Design (CRD), by sample of crude palm oil at different initial moisture is 0.09, 0.17 and 0.23 percent. Test the differentiation of bleachability index 1 week at a time, showed that after storage CPO nine weeks, the moisture content is reduced to 0.08, 0.14 and 0.20 percent, the differentiation of bleachability index is reduced to 2.35, 2.34 and 2.34 percent, the free fatty acids are increased to 4.84, 4.85 and 4.97 percent respectively. Therefore, the moisture does not affect to the differentiation of bleachability index in crude palm oil. However, the differentiation of bleachability index, the moisture and the free fatty acids, still is on the threshold of company according Palm Oil Refiners Association of Malaysia (PORAM). The correlation showed that the Differentiation of Bleachability Index has correlated with the free fatty acids
