Delivery

Returns
We’ll complete your return within 1 working day of it arriving back at our warehouse and drop you an email to let you know it’s been done. The time it takes for your parcel to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from:
• Australia, UK & US - 10 working days
• France, Germany & Ireland - 14 working days
• Spain and Italy - 15 working days
• Rest of World - 21 working days
If it’s been longer than the timeframes above for your return then just get in touch via our Help page and let us know your order number and which items you’ve returned and we’ll get it sorted.
Faulty Items/Wrong Items
Sorry if you’ve received a faulty or wrong item. To help us get this sorted for you as quickly as possible, please click here and fill out all your details.
Missing Items
Sorry if there’s an item missing from your order. Please check the paperwork included in your parcel – if the item isn’t listed on here, sadly we were unable to send it as it was out of stock.
If your item isn’t listed on your paperwork, please allow 5-10 working days from today for the refund to show in your account.
However, if your missing item is listed on your order paperwork, please get in touch to let us know and we’ll get it sorted for you straight away.
