Therefore is you deposit $500 your demo will be credited with $1000. If you use the demo and are still not happy using our platform then you can withdraw your investment free of charge. Therefore you have nothing to lose Mr Kaewduangta. In investment must be made before I can create a demo account for you.
Also once you deposit you will be given a senior account manager who will teach you how to trade and how to understand the market better. The senior account managers job is to make you a successful trader and to help you with an queries you have.

Mr Kaewduangta if you deposit with a Credit/Debit card you must make sure that you have no international restrictions on your card. If you are unsure you can try, if your payment is not successful then you must contact the phone number on your card and tell them to remove international restrictions on your card. For your information the minimum deposit is $250, however I recommend that you at least invest $500 so that you can properly manage your investment and lower your risk. The more you can invest the better as with everything more money helps to make more money.
With 24Option we never hold your money and we release your money as soon as you choose to withdraw. However like with all financial services we do require some documentation from you so that you can withdraw your investment as soon as possible. The docs required are:
• A valid passport/national ID OR a driver’s license – showing your picture, expiry date, name and birth date.
• Utility bill OR bank statement - dated within 6 months, showing your name, address and date. (please kindly provide this information out of the envelope)
• If Moneybookers was used please provide email address for payment.
• If credit cards was used please provide a copy of the front showing the last 4 digits, your name and expiry. And the back side – you can cover the CVV number.
