improved health and wellbeing in relation to physical activity, nutrition, alcohol consumption, smoking and psychosocial factors (including mental health and stress),
increased employer and employee awareness of health and well-being issues,
improvement in workforce health and wellbeing policies and programmes within the Tasmanian Government. Programmes were to target the work environment as well as individuals,
employee-valued workplace health and wellbeing programmes, and
making healthy choices easy choices within the workforce.
