The subject of culture has gained much prominence and attention in the management of international human resource. In this paper, the comparison between Korea and the United Kingdom is made to prove that the information of Hofstede’s cultural dimensions is true. We further study how the cultural differences between Britain and South Korea affect the behavior of people in human resource management. The discussion of this paper is based on Hofstede’s cultural dimensions. The findings of this paper revealed that power distance and collectivism of England is lower than Korea, uncertainty avoidance and feminity of England is higher than Korea. This paper puts forward three suggestions for the enterprise to better deal with the change of the management mode of cultural differences .
