Good to see that you try to improve the process. But I would like to make suggestion that the code is confusing and people have to keep scrolling down to check what it is
This is what I suggest and those that are relevant
E = estimated time arrival is irrelevant because u already has section ETA
Port – have laem chabang / lat krabang / klong toei
We don’t use klong toei right, so left only lat krabang and laem chabang – how many days is needed to come to warehouse from each of these port?
PAID – yes for paid, no for not paid, pending – something stuck in process for example there is an order to pending the payment due to other reasons. Normally we would know what it is but if we want to find out then we dig deeper
DOC – YES – u received in good order, NO – not yet send from forwarder, OTW = international abbreviation for ON THE WAY, pending – something wrong with document perhaps they haven’t send yet or document need to revise etc etc which in this case if I want to know further I will ask u
BL – same thing as above, either yes or no or pending (something is holding it and if I want to find out further I will ask u)
Keep it simple and not too complicated. For the notes – u can just memo it if u want to add further information
See attached.
